Hands down, the BEST gluten-free pizza in the city! Anytime I'm meeting up with a gluten free friend this is the go to spot. It's rightfully popular, so expect a bit of a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. Pro-tip: you can also order for pickup and enjoy your pizza at the public tables in the plaza across the street on a nice day.

My wife is gluten intolerant, so we found this place for pizza. As it turned out, nearly the entire menu is gluten free or friendly. I am not gluten intolerant and I have to say the pizza was great! I usually can't tolerate a gluten free crust, but this crust was great. The ambience was a bit loud, but we enjoyed the local vibe.

Traveling with a gluten free person isn't always an easy task however ... when this restaurant was recommended on the find me gluten app, we knew we had to go. Let's put it this way, the gluten free pizza was big enough for us to share and as a non gluten free person myself, I can say it was delicious! We ordered the pizza with burrata, prosciutto and tomatoes. And, we tried one of the appetizers as well because, why not. These delicious little pockets filled to the brim and the dough was very tasty. The service was exceptional and the wine recommendation was on point! We will definitely visit again when we're back in NYC!

Went here for a girls night dinner. The drinks were very strong! We each had 2 and were varying degrees of tipsy. The place is small and they don't take reservations so be patient or have a back up plan. We ordered the burratta. I've had better burrata but this one came with a really delicious fried zucchini topping definitely worth getting. Then we ordered three pizzas the montanera which is a fried specialty and unfortunately our least favorite. I didn't like the taste because it tasted a little bit chemically my two companions love to The Taste but did not like the thickness of the dough. Then we ordered the 10-year anniversary Pizza that one was better. But our favorite was the regular margarita with mushrooms and prosciutto.

Wonderful experience! 30 minute wait so we went to Sacco Pizza to wet the palette. Walked back, and we were immediately called. Recommend! The deep-fried pizza sounded unique so we got the genovese, onion based with pork and beef. It was a unique experience and I'm glad I tried it, but wouldn't recommend or get again. The pistachio pizza with cheese was so good. Really creamy, doughy yummy napoli-style crust. Yum. I'd eat that everyday. Our server was really nice and made recs. Nice postcard they give you after. Nice touch.

"Good things come to those who wait." I have been waiting to try this pizzeria since September. After coming here, I cannot wait to come back here again and try another one of these pies. Are they expensive? Yes. Welcome to Midtown. The pizza is going to be pricey. But the pizza is too good to eat just one pie. You will want at least two or three. I ordered two and I still feel great. To get a feel for the restaurant I got a red and a white pie. Rather than just getting a plain of each, I spiced it up by getting things on them. What I enjoyed about each pie is that they have their own character and personality. It did not feel bland or boring. Each slice on the pie tastes different from the one before it. In fact, each slice tastes BETTER than the one before it, if you plan it out properly. I recommend listening to your server over your gut when it comes to getting the perfect pie. It worked beautifully for me. They were attentive, intelligent, and confident in their choices. I thought I would restrain myself and only eat a little of each pie, but wound up eating two whole pies. Call me a pig, I dare you. Come here, and you will find yourself doing the same thing I did. The pies are a bit on the salty side, but that's because of the meats on them. The pies are Neapolitan style, which means a doughier and chewier crust, along with a faster cook. That is largely because the oven is hotter so the pizza cooks in minutes. It is also right near the 50th Street station on the C/E trains. Or you could walk it from other nearby stations like 49th Street on the N/R/W or Times Square-42nd Street if you feel brazen enough. The pizza is worth it.

Excellent food! The appetizers, salads, and pizzas were incredible. My favorite pizza was the 10th anniversary, but I also really liked The Butcher. It was a noisy restaurant (because it's so popular) so it was difficult to hear people talking at my table, so that's the only downside. Otherwise, it's a great spot with amazing food! Next time we are in NYC, I want to come back!

Michelin recognized pizza spot whose owner is recognized as one of the best pizza makers in the world. Came here for dinner in a group of three around 8:30pm and we were able to get seated with a minimal wait. They don't accept reservations; it's walk-in only. Credit cards accepted. Indoor dining only. Food-wise, we split the following: Calzone Classico - this came with salami inside and was very filling. If you're hungry, I'd recommend ordering one of these for yourself. Margherita Ghialla Pizza - the sauce is unique since they use yellow tomatos, though the taste is like a normal Neopolitan style pizza. The crust is thin with a nice char, and the sauce is more subtly sweet than a normal marinara sauce. Montanara Al Tartufo - a montanara is lightly fried pizza dough with toppings. This particular one was crispy without being too oily. The cream sauce with truffle was rich and was flecked with small bits of cheese.

The Pizza here has some serious street cred. Eighteen hundred reviews and counting, this four-star yelped rated pizza joint packs some serious flavor. We went with the Pizza Del Re. This pizza consists of mushrooms, prosciutto, and a truffle cream sauce. You will also have at your table some chili oil which really adds some spice to your pie if you choose to dip your slice in the oil or lather it on top. The pizza has been described as chewy, I agree, however it goes down very easy, almost like a pringle how easy it is to devour a single slice. My girlfriend and I saved leftovers for later in the night however so you can definitely get away with just ordering one pie for two people. My only qualm with the restaurant is they really do not make a margarita well at all. They listed it on my bill at fourteen dollars for a house tequila and up charged two dollars to make it a margarita. I couldn't taste the tequila in it, and it tasted like they only mixed it with lime juice. I highly recommend for pizza and for those that can only eat gluten free, they can make any pie gluten free. As always people SYOY!!!
